Due to a strong ambition for exemplary growth, our client’s founder and CEO decided a change was needed at the General Manager level of their North American operations. Considering this position was already staffed, a search for a replacement needed to be conducted with discretion and utter confidentiality. Given the integral nature of the position, there was also no room for error.
To facilitate immediate growth, the hire needed to be someone that was keenly connected to the largest stores in the United States.
