Background :
Our client had great successes entering the brick and mortar DIY channel in North America. However, they were having difficulty increasing their market share in the eCommerce space. Our client sought a Strategic Director of eCommerce Sales to grow their sales via Amazon, “brick and click” sites, and internet distributors on the commercial side of their business.
The candidates they were sourcing on their own failed to impress, and this was compounded by a lack of visible local talent. Due to our reputation with industry leaders, the client contacted Genesis to assist in solving these problems.
